We’re seeking a Customer Experience Porter to join our team during an exciting period of dealership renovations. This is a great opportunity for someone to support our service team and who enjoys working around vehicles, helping customers, and being part of a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play an important role in keeping our service department running smoothly and ensuring customers feel welcomed and supported.
• Greeting customers warmly and directing them where they need to go
• Safely moving vehicles between the lot, shop, and detail area.
• Keeping vehicles parked correctly and organized for efficient workflow
• Assisting with vehicle drop-off and pick-up as needed
• Performing basic vehicle preparation (removing debris, quick interior wipe, fuel checks if required)
• Occasionally shuttling customers to work and home, or to another agreed upon destination within local, designated boundaries
What You’ll Bring
• Experience in customer service and being comfortable interacting with customers in a polite and helpful way
• An ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform light physical tasks (standing, walking, bending)
• A class G drivers license, and a clean driving record
This is a Full-Time contract role from March 2 to June 5 with a possibility for extension. The hours of work are 730am to 5pm, Monday to Friday with rotational Saturdays. The rate of pay is $18.00 hourly.
