Automotive Floor Manager / Trent Valley Honda – Peterborough, ON

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support sales consultants during daily showroom operations

• Drive team performance to meet and exceed sales targets

• Coach, train, and mentor sales product specialists

• Actively close deals and assist the team throughout the sales process

• Manage showroom traffic and ensure a consistent customer experience

• Oversee e-lead processes to improve response times and conversions, and use systems to generate appointments 

• Maintain high standards of professionalism, presentation, and customer care

What We’re Looking For:

• 3 years of automotive sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a manager’s role

• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

• Working knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes 

• Valid Ontario driver’s licence, OMVIC and a clean driving record

• Finance Manager experience is an asset
