Sales Administrator

We’re searching for an outstanding Sales Administrator who will enjoy a variety filled work day and who has strong clerical, communication and organization skills to join our award-winning team! 

You’ll Bring:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of administrative experience, a good understanding of the sales industry and computer proficiency especially with MS Office Suite and Google Docs programs.  A secondary education in business administration is preferred.
  • The ability to thrive in a customer orientated team environment managing your time well and sometimes under pressure – all with a demonstrated high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. 
  • A professional disposition and a great attitude to represent the business effectively whether orally (including phone etiquette) or in writing - with all stakeholders.
  • Basic digital marketing experience with mobile and other internet-based systems is considered an asset.

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales Administration – maintain and update sales databases and customer records, create and generate sales reports and analytics, and assist the Sales Manager(s) to streamline workflows and processes in both the new and used vehicle departments.
  • Back Up Reception – promptly receive, greet and personalize every interaction with customers and other stakeholders, by answering questions and directing them appropriately whether in person, through email, or over a multiline telephone system. 
  • Marketing Support - to liaise with our website provider, optimize the SEO, and to act as the back up creator to post digital content onto social platforms.  

A job description will be provided during the first stage of the interview process.  This position is 24 hours per week - to start.  The hours and days of work will be Mon, Tues, Thurs and Fri from 9am to 1pm and Wed from 8am to 4pm.  You may be requested to work additional hours occasionally to support business needs.
