We're seeking an Automotive Parts Advisor to join our fast-paced, customer-focused Parts Department.

What You’ll Bring

• 1–3 years of automotive Parts Advisor experience, preferably in a dealership environment.
• Strong knowledge of parts catalogues and ordering systems, with excellent attention to detail.
• A customer-first approach when supporting internal customers, including technicians and Service Advisors, as well as external retail and wholesale customers.
• Strong communication skills and confidence assisting customers in person, by phone, and by email.
• The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.
• A valid Ontario G-class driver’s licence.

This position offers a starting wage of $21.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience, plus a monthly bonus incentive program. The schedule is approximately 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a rotating Saturday shift.
