What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum of 2 years of dealership F&I experience in a similar role 

• Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of automotive sales, financing, and lender relationships 

• Exceptional customer service skills to build trust and long-term relationships with customers 

• High integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail 

• Strong mathematical and analytical skills, including working with interest rates, financing terms, and product calculations 

• Comfort navigating multiple digital platforms along with proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel 

• A positive, team-first attitude and a desire to contribute to a strong dealership culture 

• Valid Class G license, OMVIC license and SYTECH training is considered an asset

This is a full-time opportunity that includes a schedule with Saturdays from 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM, along with evenings until 7:00 PM.
