Lead Detailer
We’re looking for a Lead Detailer to join our team at Trent Valley Honda!
In this role, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of our detail shop, coordinating workflow, supporting a small team, and delivering consistently high-quality results for our customers. If you take pride in your work and naturally lead by example, you’ll thrive in this environment.
What You’ll Do
• Perform full vehicle detailing (interior/exterior, polishing, buffing, scratch repair, rustproofing)
• Coordinate daily workflow, assign jobs, train and support the team
• Uphold quality standards and ensure every vehicle meets customer expectations
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and running efficiently
What You’ll Bring
• A minimum of 3 years of detailing experience (dealership experience is preferred)
• Strong attention to the details, and pride in your work
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to support a small team
• Organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
• Valid Class G Driver’s License and clean driving record
Schedule and Pay
The hours are Monday–Friday 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (the occasional Saturday as per business demand). The rate of pay depends upon experience and ranges from $20–$24 per hour. NOTE: We are open to a flat-rate pay structure for the right candidate.
