As a strong technical leader, you’ll help drive our Service Department forward. If you enjoy mentoring technicians, tackling complex diagnostic challenges, and keeping a shop operating at peak efficiency, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact!

As Shop Foreman, you’ll play a key leadership role in our service operation by:

• Leading a team of 6 licensed technicians, apprentices, and express technicians

• Providing advanced diagnostics and technical guidance on complex repairs

• Helping drive productivity while protecting repair quality

• Reducing comebacks and ensuring repairs are done right the first time

• Supporting technician development through coaching and mentorship

• Maintaining Honda technical and warranty standards

• You’ll be the go-to technical expert and leader in the shop.

What You Bring

• 310S Automotive Service Technician License

• Strong diagnostic expertise (mechanical & electrical)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a dealership service shop environment, with 3 years in a lead or supervisory role considered an asset 

• Leadership ability and a passion for helping technicians succeed

• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

• Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
